In contrast, some manufacturers use standard PVC plastics, which lack the same strength and may emit unpleasant odors.

Many hyperbaric oxygen chambers use toxic glues to seal their joins, which can emit foul smells and are prone to tearing or even exploding with prolonged use. In contrast, all OXYREVO Portable Hyperbaric Chambers are heat-welded using high frequency welding technology. This process is free of toxic glues and harsh smells, resulting in chambers that are durable, safe and pollution-free.

OxyRevo Hard-Type Hyperbaric Chambers are constructed from premium-grade stainless steel with an industry-leading thickness of up to 4mm, ensuring exceptional durability, structural integrity, and resistance to high pressure.

To enhance the longevity and stability of our Hard Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chambers, we have reinforced the structure with two stainless steel rings, each measuring up to 30mm in thickness, positioned at the head and foot of the chamber. These reinforcements provide critical structural support, preventing deformation even under prolonged high-pressure use. In contrast, many other hard-type hyperbaric chambers feature hollow designs at these points, which can lead to structural weaknesses over time, potentially causing door misalignment, leaks, or an inability to close properly ultimately compromising the chamber’s integrity.
